1. Price and payment
The price, currency, payment schedule and VAT treatment are stated in the proposal, quotation, order summary or invoice for the individual engagement.
Payment may be made by bank transfer or, where offered, through an individual Stripe-hosted payment link sent directly to the client. The applicable instructions and due date are stated in the Order Documents. Payment is complete only when confirmed in the relevant payment system or bank account.
2. Consumer rights
Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this Policy. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, its conditions and the model form are provided in the Withdrawal Notice.
3. Cancellation
Cancellation terms and any resulting charges or refunds are determined by the applicable Order Documents and mandatory law. If we cannot perform an agreed service, we will inform you and refund all amounts paid for the part of the service that will not be provided.
4. Refund processing
Where a refund is due under applicable law or the Order Documents, we will submit it without undue delay to the original payment method, unless another method is agreed or required by law. Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside our control.
