Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer and conclude an eligible distance or off-premises service contract with us, you generally have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded. Statutory exceptions may apply.

How to exercise the right

Inform SIA “Visual Communication Group”, trading as ADESIGN BUREAU, Dzirciema iela 119C, Rīga, LV-1055, Latvia, of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by email to adesign@adesign-bureau.com.

You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision. Reimbursement will use the same means of payment unless you expressly agree otherwise, and we will not impose a fee for the reimbursement.

Early and full performance

If you expressly requested us to begin the service during the withdrawal period and withdraw before it has been fully performed, you must pay only for the part of the service supplied up to the time you informed us of withdrawal. The amount is calculated in proportion to the total price agreed in the contract. If that total price is excessive, the amount is calculated using the market value of the part already supplied.

You lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed only if performance began with your prior express request and you acknowledged that you would lose the right upon full performance.
